Abstract


The drug problem is related to the health of the public , is an important social aspects related to the national economy and people's livelihood . Government for the supervision of the operation of the market is an indispensable part of the market economy , the government as a representative of the public interest , should strengthen the supervision of drug safety problems . The first necessity as well as government regulation of the drug regulatory theory focuses on the reasons for departure from the drug regulatory issues , focusing on the negative externalities discusses drug production , come to the conclusion must be solved by government regulation to . On this basis , the analysis of the current situation of China 's drug regulatory as well as existing some problems , such as our circulation artificially high drug prices , drug approval system is not rigorous , ineffective regulation and law enforcement as well as the spread of false advertising . Then introduced the drug regulatory approach and experience of the United States and France , the two developed countries , pointing out the reference , and eventually combined with the reality of our country , I have a number of recommendations for improving China 's drug regulatory .
