Abstract


Our country benchmarking management in the application of cost control is still in the initial stage, which is typically power grid enterprise "trade mark of" post cost management vigorously carry out. In the fierce competition in the market environment, China's power grid enterprise as a high homogeneity product suppliers, to give full play to the scale of the industry economic effect, cost leadership strategy as the company's basic competitive strategy. Therefore, this article selects M power grid enterprise as the research object, with specific case depiction of benchmarking cost management of The Times and necessity. In this paper, through the investigation to the power supply cost within the scale, using the method of mathematics and statistics software to calculate and determine the cost of the project on the influence of the power supply cost significantly, and the cost of the project, in order to reveal the degree of controllable cost management and control the direction and key for M electric power company's cost management decision support. Use data analysis will be benchmarking management thoughts really penetration to cost control work practice, and to ensure that post cost management in the enterprise to carry out, this paper based on the study of the scale, further for enterprise builds up a set of perfect, with the power system characteristic of benchmarking cost management system, and expect to the similar background of power grid enterprise cost management to provide certain reference and reference.
