Abstract


Along with the economic development of our country, insurance premium income and asset scale grown rapidly. By January 2011, our insurance premium income was 1.47 trillion Yuan, the insurance company total assets had breakthrough to 5 trillion Yuan, and their average growth rate was more than 30%.That increased capital allocation pressure of the insurance company. The new "insurance law" was issued in October 2009, it allows insurance to invest real estate. Insurance investing real estate can expand the insurance fund’s investment channels, raise the insurance fund’s yields and improve the insurance assets and liabilities’match. We hope that the research of our country’s insurance investment in real estate will guide the insurance company in theory and in practice, and make the insurance company to achieve security, profitable and liquidity in the real estate investments.The text has three parts. The first part is chapter 2 .Its topic is the overview of the insurance investment’s theory in real estate. This part includes four aspects , they are the funds composition and properties、the investment principles ,the real estate types and the important significances of the insurance funds’investment in real estate .It mentioned the life insurance funds are the main insurance funds invested in real estate; safety and profitable request is higher, liquidity request is lower; the real estates invested by insurance are divided into infrastructure classes and the infrastructure class realty ;at last, investing in the real estates have many meanings for the insurance company, as increasing the investment’s returns and improving the assets and liabilities’match of the insurance company.The second part is chapter 3. Its topic is referencing the advanced experiences of the insurance investment in real estate. It mentioned the initial proportion of the insurance investment in real estate should not be too high; we should learn the Investment mode including direct investment and indirect investment from America and the investment object choice from Japan.The last part is chapter 4. It wrote the present conditions of our country’s insurance investment in real estate, existing problems and countermeasures. I think our country on the essence operation stage of the insurance investment in real estate. It analyzed the problems and countermeasures of the insurance investment in real estate from the investment professionals, the insurance funds and the real estate.
