Abstract


In recent years, China's express delivery industry is developing very rapidly, in 2010, the national scale courier company's business income of nearly 60 billion yuan, the annual delivery volume of about 2.4 billion express courier day business volume exceeded 10 million, into the world top three . Meanwhile, China's express delivery industry has also experienced a succession before and after the Spring Festival in 2010, \express industry overall service quality and service levels are still not high, the express industry's low level of development, the development of the lack of financial support. At the same time, private equity investments in the country are extremely active in bank loans and the IPO has become a very important means of financing outside, the introduction of private equity investment in the healthy development of China's express delivery industry has a very important significance. Not only for China's express delivery industry provides direct and indirect financial support, to broaden the financing channels for the express industry, but also for courier companies to provide many valuable value added services. The main contents are as follows: (a) from the eastern, central and western regions and city express market, off-site, two aspects of the international express business analysis of the express industry development trend. (2) from financing motive motive and effect analysis of two aspects were the introduction of China's express delivery industry, private equity investments motivation.
