Abstract


Promoting international trade as an effective tool for development, export credit insurance has nearly a hundred years of history. As the world continues to accelerate the process of the globalization of trade, export credit insurance, also achieved great development. Currently, more than 60 countries around the world have a specialized export credit insurance agencies, export credit insurance amount of the world's more than 10% of total trade. As long as the export credit insurance agencies maintain breakeven in a given period does not belong to export subsidies, which it gradually became Governments to support the export of foreign trade enterprises receipt protect the safety of effective measures and means. China's traditional export credit insurance policy with a strong sexual overtones, but with the international commercial credit insurance market increasingly significant operational trends, export credit insurance management model also appeared diversification. China is in a period of economic transition, a short history of the development of export credit insurance, the development is relatively backward. First, this paper studies abroad were reviewed study abroad started earlier, while domestic scholars and scholars from abroad mostly in ideas, in-depth study of China's export credit insurance. These studies mainly focused on export credit insurance agency management model, export credit insurance and legal issues of national export credit insurance and other aspects of risk assessment. Secondly, the paper interbank foreign institutional development process and experience are discussed. Articles on export credit insurance agency model generation and development process are described, introduced the current domestic and export credit insurance agency two classic management model, summed up the successful experience of these modes, find political and business combined, split operation is a suitable China's national conditions management model. Again, this paper separately from the business situation, management status and financial situation and other aspects of China Export \u0026 Credit Insurance Corporation's operating status analysis. Finally, the paper in China Export \u0026 Credit Insurance Corporation status quo based on the analysis, drawing on international experience of successful management model, based on the transition period of the special characteristics conform export credit insurance business from nationalization, privatization policy aptitude, commercial sex change trend by improving the China Export \u0026 Credit Insurance Corporation management model response. This study enriches the transitional national export credit insurance business management studies, expanding the relevant theoretical literature, as China's export credit insurance management model for the development of reference, has important theoretical and practical significance.
