Abstract


New channel GEM opening in 2009 provided for the financing of SMEs GEM listed companies compared to traditional enterprise , with high growth and high valuations ; smaller but at the same time , risk , and therefore for GEM enterprises the valuation need more comprehensive study . The references for stock pricing in the past , for the first time the growth of the semi-annual data taking into account the the GEM companies stock pricing factors . The paper selected data of the the 39 GEM enterprise market in the second half of 2010 and announced a semi-annual data , the use of principal component factor analysis and stepwise regression , from the stock issue price , first-day closing price , listed 20 closing price such as angles , respectively, measured the impact of the semi-annual data growth of its price , and finally concluded : the growth of the semi-annual data reflect listed on the first day closing price and listing of the 20th have a greater impact on the closing price , the conclusion can be explained GEM enterprise underpricing differences .
