Abstract


In recent years, the problem of financing SMEs has become the focus of attention of the community. To solve this problem, at all levels of government have issued many policies to support SME development, but also the main concern on the \build national financing guarantee system. The China Banking Regulatory Commission, the People's Bank have also issued a document, advocacy banks to establish their own the SME franchise organizations, establish and improve the SME loans \However, the face of this worldwide problem of SME financing, although we do a lot of effort, but a small number of asset size, fewer personnel are not available for bank loans secured by physical assets \supported. As China has become the factory of the world and global production outsourcing base, supply chain finance this new financial innovations, more and more attention of the domestic banking sector. By packing the financing problems of SMEs in the research on the supply chain, to solve the weak capacity of a single SME credit, lack of credit resources financing problems due to its banks and SMEs lending model provides a new choice. This article analyzes the causes of SME financing dilemma and supply chain finance domestic banks.
