Abstract


Height as a knowledge-intensive industry, the financial industry intellectual property and more attention. More and more countries have given a high priority, and has become a growing trend that will also affect the future development of China's commercial banks. Foreign banks continue to enter the Chinese market, trying to take a competitive intellectual property strategy, China's commercial banks is a great challenge, obviously, China's commercial banks intellectual property protection has become an urgent task in urgent need to resolve. China's commercial banks to its own characteristics, and our current financial environment in which the decision of the Chinese commercial banks have to seek a protection of intellectual property protection characteristics of the road. Also introduced the current domestic commercial banks in terms of intellectual property protection theoretical results.
