Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, China's foreign direct investment has made a lot of progress, the amount of foreign capital actually utilized almost zero open early, up to $ 105.735 billion in 2010 and has become an important driving force for China's rapid economic development. As a WTO member, actively promoting the opening up to the outside world, absorbing foreign funds to speed up the construction of a market economy, reflects the Chinese to adapt to economic globalization, the initiative to participate in the international division of labor. With the continuous improvement of the market environment in China's service industry, the continuous improvement of the degree of openness, China's attractiveness to foreign investors will continue to enhance. China is more and more attention to the development of the service sector, the internal structure optimization in services will play an important role in promoting the reform of China's industrial structure. China's service industry as a whole and the various industries within the current development situation and existing problems, this article will specifically analyze the effects of foreign direct investment to China, put forward a reasonable proposal, give full play to the structural adjustment of the role of foreign investment to the service sector, and thus promote the continuous optimization of the internal structure of China's service industry. This article is divided into a total of five parts.
