Abstract


Abstract: The U.S. sub-prime loan crisis since the outbreak of the first quarter of 2007 , many of the world's top financial institutions are subject to the different degrees of combat , suffered a huge loss , the cause of the outbreak of the crisis and ways to cause a large number of domestic and international financial scholars attention and study. Foreign scholars are more plentiful on the shadow banking system , there is a degree of consensus on the definition of the shadow banking system and its impact on the stability of the financial system ; the domestic scholars shadow banking system is not rich , just stop at the concept introduced and micro- fact introduction stage . Overall , the domestic and foreign scholars from the shadow banking system and the subprime mortgage crisis, boosting and anti weaken the relationship between the angle of the lack of a more , This article will focus on the discussion, from the above point of view to the rich shadow banking system and the subprime crisis in the field of research .
