Abstract


Credit guarantee industry is an important and broad prospects for the industry in the modern market economy , but it is also a great risk of the industry , market development and risk preventing and alleviating aspects of professional competence requires in order to survive and develop better . Needless to say, the ability to prevent and mitigate the risk of a guarantee the company's core competitiveness . Compared with the bank 's risk control ability , guarantee companies , regardless of talent, capital and development time , etc. at a disadvantage , so copying the bank 's risk control is neither possible nor feasible means of ordinary security company neither bank strength of its customer segments the market also there is a difference with the banks , guarantee companies need a simple , efficient , easy-to- risk control methods and means . This paper reviews the financial guarantee ratio method , the mathematical model method , the ratings table , sales revenue percentage risk control methods , analysis of the pros and cons of these methods , and based on small and medium-sized research at home and abroad were reviewed on the basis of the characteristics of a security company , targeted means of Dalian G guarantee risk control study to identify risk review and assessment of methods for the guarantee company 's EBITDA , a better guarantee of risk identification and control effect .
