With the increasing pace of globalization increased the liquidity of goods around the world also will gradually increase , which gives the shipping industry issues and challenges . Shipping industry is in constant development and expansion of its own at the same time , and also the pursuit of the improvement of the quality of transport , many shipping companies focus on large-scale fleet building , and the construction of the fleet requires a lot of money , so this process will inevitably lack not to banks financing institutions for financing . The ship finance the large amount of financing , financing cycle determines the financing behavior with a high risk . Some link errors are due to the failure to encounter huge crisis , therefore need to pay special attention to the effective management measures to control the risk . Analysis of domestic and international risk management and control of ship financing methods and means based on the environment of the entire global economic development and the development of the domestic status quo . Starting from the perspective of the scale of financing and financing models , focused on the status quo of China 's ship financing , as well as the characteristics and defects . Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process Based on the above analysis , the financing risk analysis , set at all levels of risk evaluation based on fuzzy complementary judgment matrix given by the experts to give a final judgment , to ship financing risk analysis based on the judgment result , important risk indicators at all levels and the risk comparison , given the risk aversion program and thus risk indicators .
