Abstract


In the end the money supply is endogenous or exogenous directly determines the country's macroeconomic policies , the article first reviews the domestic money supply endogenous theory reproduces the Chinese money supply mechanism for the development process, the monetary base and the money multiplier from two aspects analysis of the impact of the money supply of the main factors . On this basis , the article through the years of 1996-2010 the relevant data for empirical analysis ultimately prove our M0, M1 has some endogenous , but not obvious endogenous M2 , which concluded that in order to control the current of M2 intermediate target of monetary policy is basically feasible . Finally, on the supply of monetary policy regulation made ??three recommendations: improve the RMB exchange rate regime and flexible to carry out open market operations ; grasp credit rules, take advantage of interest rates ; rebuild market players , speed to market control .
