Abstract


Today the stratagic competition capability of the enterprises are playing more and more role practically, management of enterprise are thinking more highly of theory of enterprise development stratagem,thus management of enterprise pay more and more investigation study on enterprise development stratagem. This article present some analysis of QingDao construction international sub company development stratagem by some guidance of relative theory.Chapter one: present basic review of relative theory with enterprises core capabilities, in other chapters, these theory will be used to study on Qing Dao construction international sub company stratagic development. Chapter two:present the analysis of external development environment of Qing Dao construction international sub company. Respectively present analysis to the social ecconomy environment,market environment and internal environment, present systematic reaserch referencing stratagic management theory and core capability theory, sort out the anvantage, disadvantage, opportunity and risk of enterprise developement.This chapter present some analysis on selection of development chance of QingDao construction international sub company.Chapter three: Present culture, technological innovation capability and value innovation capability analysis and reaserch of Qing Dao construction international sub company, summarize the core capability characteristic and core capability construction of Qing Dao construction internation sub company.Chaper four: multiple direction developement of construction company can benefit the enterprise to utilize the extra source to other area when the enterprise face the recession of his main area. By this way; the enterprise source are effectively utilized and meanwhile ensure that enterprise have enough ability to compete in the world market in other industrial area. Qing Dao construction international sub company has developed mature construction business and“Qing Dao construction oversea”brand has become a famous name, so multiple direction development is chance for enterprise at the moment; but need to undertake some specific analysis of that industry area and prevent the bad consequence due to blindly multiple direction development. This chapter present the preactical analysis and description of motivation,conditions and execution steps of Qing Dao internation sub company multiple direction development.Chapter Five:Present analysis and reaserch on proper development stratagem of Qing Dao international sub company main contruction business and believe that one of competition ability to support enterprise’s continous development is by value innovation and by reduction of enterprise cost. This chapter present reaserch from different aspects on how to realize the balance between value innovation and cost control.This articl analyze the core capability of QingDao International Sub company; and propose the multiple direction development besides consolidate the core capability, and realize the balance of value innovation and cost control; thus enterprise can develop the source advantage in the competitive international market and enhance the core competition ability of enterprise and supply stronger force to develop oversea business of the group company.
