Abstract


Corporate social responsibility is one of the main activities of enterprise management topics in the world for decades caused widespread concern of the time , and our system of corporate social responsibility to conduct research also less than a decade , so the problems in this area systematic study is necessary, it makes sense. In fact , all countries because of geographical , historical traditions , customs and other factors, differences in the practice of corporate social responsibility in the process formed their own different modes. For example , the United States and the United Kingdom with the developed capitalist countries , the practice of corporate social responsibility for a long time, but the British model of corporate social responsibility is not the same , the United States to promote corporate social responsibility is mainly for the people , while the United Kingdom is conducted mainly government promotion . In this paper, the theory of corporate social responsibility on the basis of generalization and combing of the United States as the representative of the British public -driven and as the representative of the government -driven corporate social responsibility model the main features of a comparative analysis , from the historical background the Government and the people in its development role , policies and regulations in such areas as the focus of the comparison . Concerned about the practice of corporate social responsibility to our actual situation , and according to specific questions corresponding improvement strategies .
