Abstract


With the gradual deepening of enterprise information construction , proposed new requirements for information management business equipment . With the rapid development of network technology and database technology , with the help of modern information technology to speed up the process of enterprise information , to build equipment management information system in line with the business needs , improve the overall management level of the major companies in pursuit of the goal . Device management is an important part of the management of the enterprise , especially large enterprises or production equipment large and complex enterprises especially iron and steel enterprises is not only a huge production equipment and production process is complex , device management is a top priority . Enterprises should learn from the advanced device management theory and advanced enterprise management mode build a reasonable sound equipment management system . In this era of information and speed implementation of information management , to accelerate the pace of information construction . The use of information technology equipment management information system is an important way to improve enterprise management level . An important means to build a state-of-the-art equipment management information system is an effective solution to the lack of basic data of some enterprises , imperfect information is not shared problems , and strong measures to standardize the business process . This article carrying out a full investigation on the basis of combined enterprise device management needs and the actual situation , and conducted in-depth research equipment management information . This paper studies the theoretical basis of the device management and development direction , followed by in-depth understanding of the equipment management information , equipment management information system and enterprise other information systems interaction and sharing of resources . Steel enterprise device management information technology has its own characteristics , needs analysis conducted in this paper on the development status of the steel enterprise device management , and its trends to determine the direction of business process management in the Device Manager , designed the framework of the overall functionality of the equipment management information system , including the device file management , the equipment years repair management , equipment operation and management point inspection information statistics , and the detailed functions of each module are discussed . At the end of this article , a summary of the research and thesis , and system updates and improvement prospects .
