Abstract


Technical innovation has always been the ordinary work of grid state, but also an important form of grid state to realize its implementing expanding reproduction. However, the existing technical improvement project decision-making of grid state is mostly very rough, always following cycle and procedures inflexibly, or one-sided pursuing the realization of technical goal or the cost reducing of technical innovation, without the consideration on the future cost or benefit brought by equipment operation, which results in the technical economic evaluation being insufficient and specifications. Therefore, economic evaluation of technical innovation based on life cycle cost is of practical significance.This paper firstly introduces the background, the purpose and significance of economic evaluation of technical innovation of transformer based on life cycle cost, and then illustrates the study situation of life cycle cost and economic evaluation of technical innovation.This paper summarizes general structure of life cycle cost, and the common classification of cost in operation and maintenance phase, puts forward the way of building life cycle cost model based on 3-dimensions, and introduces the method of determining the annuity cost and economic life. Then, paper analyzes activity and decomposes cost category of transformer, and combining with the concrete operation model and outside environment, it determines life cycle cost model of transformer.According to the changes of the equipment? active time before and after technical innovation, this paper puts forward the economic feasible methods under the condition of active time unchanged, active time invariable changed and active time infinite. Then, based on the classification of electric power enterprise to the technical innovation work, paper discusses the economic evaluation of part improving technical innovation, including capacity increment, lost reducing and reliability changing, and entirety renovation technical innovation, and compares the alternatives of technical innovation under different investigations and active times.Finally, paper presents the problems what need further research.
