Abstract


In recent years, especially since 2005 , China's foreign direct investment increased rapidly. However, as a Chinese leader in foreign direct investment , China 's state-owned enterprises in the OECD countries as a means to the acquisition of large-scale foreign direct investment in these countries has been resisted . OECD countries, investment in state-owned enterprises have set up numerous obstacles. The main reason is because the OECD countries from China 's direct investment in state-owned enterprises is full of worries and concerns, why are they worried about ? Worry about the content of what ? Article first analyzes the relevant data from the OECD countries has been recognized by the nature of state-owned enterprises and as a framework for analysis of the state-owned enterprises in these countries direct investment concerns and worries some of the causes and specific content , but also for a number of representative countries ( United States , Canada and Australia ) and state-owned enterprises on direct investment in the relevant legal framework and policy of censorship described. Secondly, the paper from the OECD countries in several areas of concern perspective , namely China National ownership responsibilities of state-owned enterprises , state subsidies to state-owned enterprises , state-owned enterprises of foreign direct investment purposes , as well as state-owned enterprises on the global resources and energy market impact , discusses the Chinese state-owned enterprises are actually some of the practices . Finally, we draw Chinese state-owned enterprises in the OECD countries, FDI hampered causes. This paper argues that partly because China 's corporate governance structure of state-owned enterprises imperfect , partly because the OECD countries on China 's state-owned enterprises do not understand the actual operating conditions , and therefore China 's direct investment in state-owned enterprises is full of concerns and worries . For these reasons , this article on the Chinese government and the Chinese state-owned enterprises put forward opinions and suggestions accordingly .
