Abstract


For a long time the unbalanced development of urban and rural economy, leading to the development of urban public transport and rural passenger differences, long lagged behind the development of rural passenger transport, passenger transport between urban and rural areas is difficult to effectively convergence. To achieve the integration of urban and rural passenger transportation system is a necessary means to solve this problem. Urban and rural bus passenger coordinated development of urban and rural integration is an important component in improving travel conditions for urban and rural residents, improve the quality of travel services have an important role in the realization of the bus can effectively solve the integration of urban and rural passenger in the urban-rural conflicts, to meet the city surrounding residents increasingly strong demand for travel-buses. How to deal with rural passenger lines to promote the integration of urban and rural public transportation during an important problem facing rural passenger lines operating in terms of profits for the purpose of public transport public welfare is not obvious, nor enjoy government subsidies, which is characterized by was \the transfer of passenger lines operating to bring huge economic losses, and thus bring about a series of social problems, so by adjusting the business model, increase government support and other measures to implement the reform bus passenger lines, the protection of the interests of the operators with public transport strike a balance between social benefits, in order to effectively promote the development of the integration of urban and rural public transportation.
