With the globalization of information technology and the arrival of the twenty-first century, China has entered the era of knowledge economy, China's economy continues to develop, China's urbanization process also will be accelerated, the scale of China's fixed asset investment continued expanded as a pillar industry of the national economy and development ---- construction, should follow the spirit of the age of knowledge economy, from a construction enterprise management mode and gradually extensive to intensive management paradigm shift in construction projects and corporate management in addition to the use of traditional means of various technologies, should also be on a construction project and corporate knowledge management process, especially in construction projects and enterprises to manage tacit knowledge, so that each construction project and corporate tacit knowledge is sharing and re-use, and reuse achieved through the sharing of knowledge and innovation in enterprise resource projects and limited conditions, to better achieve project and business goals, improve their market competitiveness. In the construction of enterprise knowledge management theory and practice, knowledge sharing successful implementation of knowledge management has become a core issue in the knowledge sharing, tacit knowledge sharing is the most difficult problem to solve. Architectural features of Tacit Knowledge Sharing what factors affect their share, and what obstacles and difficulties, how to effectively motivate tacit knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing should be established what mechanism? These problems affect both the construction enterprise tacit knowledge sharing theory and practice of development of the key issues, but also the current architectural theory Tacit Knowledge Sharing in the blind spot, even though many scholars began to focus on building enterprise tacit knowledge sharing, and try to give an answer to solve this problem or suggestion, but the total of speaking, research in this area is still in the exploratory stage, little research, it is in this case, I decided to put this issue as my master's thesis topic, trying through their own research, we want to Tacit knowledge sharing solution architecture theory and practice difficult problems to make their own contribution. This paper consists of four major components. The first part is an introduction section. The second part is based on the theoretical part, from different angles on knowledge, tacit knowledge and tacit knowledge sharing theories make interpretations. The third part with the current building enterprise tacit knowledge sharing characteristics of tacit knowledge sharing affect construction companies realize the many obstacles exist in the process and factors to sort out and analyze. The fourth part is the focus of this paper and innovation. Part IV based on the foregoing discussion, the use of system dynamics model proposes targeted science building enterprise tacit knowledge sharing countermeasures, in order to guide and inspire building companies in the business management practice, to achieve efficient sharing of tacit knowledge to improve the competitiveness of construction enterprises, enabling construction companies to sustainable development, and thus the market economy on China's construction industry to contribute to a harmonious society to contribute.
