Abstract


This research will introduce Moodle Teachers personal knowledge management , designed to facilitate college teachers tacit knowledge sharing model , built on the basis of Moodle -based university teachers tacit knowledge sharing platform is conducive to resolving the current university teachers knowledge sharing problems to promote the exchange and sharing of tacit knowledge teachers and, ultimately, to promote professional growth of teachers , improve college core competitiveness, improve educational performance . Article is divided into six parts: The first chapter is the introduction , this paper introduces the research background, research status , purpose and meaning , content and methods and structure of the paper ; theoretical overview of the relevant chapter of the research involves the knowledge, teachers 'knowledge , teachers tacit knowledge , tacit knowledge sharing theory and meaning of a comprehensive analysis ; Chapter III survey and analysis through questionnaires and interviews of college teachers' tacit knowledge Recognizing the situation , exchange and sharing of knowledge between teachers status and influence teachers ' tacit knowledge sharing investigation and analysis of the main factors ; fourth chapter analyzes the pros and cons , according to Moodle 's features, functions and structure analysis of teachers' knowledge sharing in advantages and disadvantages of the application ; fifth chapter is the platform design and development, knowledge sharing by analyzing faint factors influencing the process of sharing , building college teachers tacit knowledge sharing SECI model , the implementation of platform design , build and trial and evaluation ; sixth Summary and Outlook chapter is the study of the thesis are summarized and presented future research directions . In summary, based on Moodle Teacher tacit knowledge sharing platform make up the traditional knowledge-sharing platform for the exchange of light weight resource drawbacks , focusing on individual participation and experience of teachers , to promote the professional development of university teachers is important . The platform provides a practical and easy to operate personal knowledge management platform. Using open source Moodle technology to build personal knowledge management platform , breaking the existing build the technical limitations of knowledge management systems and knowledge acquisition process of various shackles.
