Abstract


Pharmaceutical logistics in China is still a relatively new concept, from the pharmaceutical logistics in 2009 was listed as one of the top ten revitalization of industry, proposed to the opinion of the medical and health system reform, to the promulgation and implementation of specific policies and measures, the new health care reform policy is the deepening and refinement. It China's pharmaceutical circulation, especially large pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises far-reaching and significant impact, but also to promote the circulation of China's pharmaceutical development to large-scale, centralized, information and direction has played an important role in promoting. In the new era of health care reform, the large pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises must first upgrade their level of logistics distribution qualifications of access to essential medicines, and secondly to meet the secondary distribution as far in advance to reduce costs and improve service. Large pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises want to do to meet the universal distribution of new medical reform policy of low-cost distribution model selection and inventory of drugs are the key issues that can not be avoided. In view of this, from the perspective of supply chain combined with the development trend of the new medical reform policy and its impact on the large pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises, analysis of the new medical reform policies pharmaceutical logistics distribution system of choice and Drug inventory control problem, the use of comparative analysis and appraisal methods pointed out for two new medical reform policies pharmaceutical distribution system, and two distribution system based on the use of system dynamics to build the model of the traditional inventory and vendor-managed inventory two modes secondary distribution system, and then through simulation and numerical analysis to compare the conclusion that the vendor-managed inventory relative to traditional inventory control models can effectively control the bullwhip effect and improve the overall operational efficiency of the system. This article specific research work mainly as follows: First, the current pharmaceutical logistics characteristics and new medical reform policy profiling, pointed out that the new medical reform, medical logistics distribution system of the development direction, and through in-depth analysis and comparison, pointed out that the large pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises to establish The provinces and the distribution of the secondary distribution system is the best choice. Second, the system dynamics and the use of system dynamics to study the basic theory of inventory problems made a correlation analysis, certain pharmaceutical logistics distribution system, supply chain management, inventory management, supply chain inventory management and other issues described and analyzed. Again, by analyzing the characteristics of the pharmaceutical logistics, pharmaceutical and distribution combined with the previously proposed two-stage supply chain system, system dynamics two pharmaceutical supply chain distribution system can be simplified and abstract, traditional inventory mode and suppliers Dynamic model of management stock. Finally, given several terminal demand function built traditional mode and VMI mode system dynamic behavior of the model simulation, observation of the dynamic behavior of the system, through comparative analysis proved the superiority of the vendor-managed inventory .
