Abstract


With the national strategy to promote the development of nuclear power, nuclear power plant construction and installation of the conventional island construction to reduce barriers to entry, the electric power construction companies covet the huge profits of the nuclear island, have joined as soon as possible in order to enter the nuclear power conventional island project irrational competition ranks. Made step by step with the nuclear design and procurement of equipment, construction of inputs at lower face of the low bid price or even strategic sacrifice, the rising price of labor remuneration and inflation, Power Construction Company is bound to enhance management, personnel training as soon as possible at the same time doing everything possible to reduce management costs, explored and summed for nuclear power characteristics of management experience as soon as possible, and hope that by virtue of the firm nuclear power market as soon as possible to join the construction of the nuclear island to achieve profitability. To the Tianjin Electric Power Construction Company Ningde nuclear power plant nuclear power project, for example, to carry out the theory basic research of the nuclear power project management system, combing based the nuclear management philosophy of the nuclear safety culture, to discuss the project management elements the WBS decomposition, to build the project management process three-dimensional hierarchical structure, and complete the Ningde nuclear power project management process planning information platform, and completed the Ningde nuclear power project management system built development work. By the author in the Ningde nuclear power conventional island construction projects in the practical application of this platform, proved to be accurate management process to achieve the efficient transfer of data and control information timely and effective collection of accurate statistical processing, the use of network the advantages of making the various departments of the project smoother collaboration, corporate headquarters through platform data can mount and timely control of the scene, in order to provide more effective support services for the project, and ultimately ensure the successful implementation of the various project management objectives, and obtain good economic benefits. The structure of the paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the meaning and background of the topics, research status, and sets out the ideas and the main content of this study. Chapter II nuclear power construction project management system to build specific program on nuclear safety regulatory system, nuclear power construction project management system file. Chapter III nuclear power construction project management platform based WAN implementation, and management processes of information technology used, the secondary development of the the applicable WAN in the form of multi-site project management software platform JETOP describes the management process based on the principle of business development, special management platform system structures. Chapter IV nuclear power construction project management system applications, Ningde Nuclear Power Station Island Project as an example of its application were introduced. Chapter 5 Conclusion on the practical experience gained in the Ningde nuclear power conventional island project management system and software platform development, and summarizes the research results obtained in this thesis.
