Abstract


Power is the national economy’s critical infrastructure, protection of social and economic development. With population growth and modernization of the propulsion, power demand has been rising. Huge demand for investment and rising electricity costs, which restricts the development of power industry. How effective use of existing resources, what is the urgent development of Grid, assessment of corporate capacity and accurate evaluation of the project is an investment gains become reality needs.Power analysis of economic indicators system is in the theory of investment efficiency and power grid companies to invest effective assessment methods, based on the evaluation of investment returns combined with theory, the use of advanced software technology research and development applications. System is mainly based on data to achieve a target of automatic collection, automatic calculation of evaluation and statistical analysis. Data collection platform for different cities, different systems of basic data collection, processing. Use of investment benefit evaluation model, evaluation model, the value of the underlying data model calculation, processing, quantitative evaluation of the results obtained to complete the analysis of the overall evaluation of benefits. A complete model of the system of indicators to ensure the authenticity of the results of investment-benefit analysis. The variety ways of data analysis can provide users with an intuitive and barious aspects of the indicators. Depth analysis of indicators cycle indicators module density, scope of the evaluation, assessment content expansion, indicators and related data on a more granular analysis to achieve better decision support. System provides a variety of weights calculated to ensure the weight is reasonable. The research and application of role-based access control theoretical ensure the security of the system, while easy to use. System applies J2EE technology standards, EJB, Struts and other techniques to design and implement.Application of the system can reduce manual workload, reduce errors in the data source, provide a large number of timely and reliable quantitative data, reflecting the Grid run and benefit, to help improve investment decision-making. The system have played an important supporting role in investment benefit evaluation,network planning, investment management, etc. The System meet the design requirements, safe and reliable run in Hebei Electric power company. The system provided data can help Power company determine the amount and direction of investment.
