Abstract


With the system reform of electric investment, the electric investment subject presents growth pattern. It seems very essential to carry on comparatively systematic analysis investing in the risk of the electric project, avoid making the investment blindly, reduce investment risk and raise and invest benefit. This text, which directs against the current situation of project investment of power construction of our country, on the basis of the theories of the risk and risk management, risk management analysis for the new project of the No.2 power plant in DaTongoUsing of risk theory to study the new project of the No.2 power plant in DaTong, we can analyze the risk in various stages of the development period, the construction period and operation period. In the stages of development period, the policy risk and the coal source risk, water risks and environmental risks exists. The policy risk is based on the policies which are not stationary, the coal source risks and the water risks can directly lead to the effectiveness of the project site selection, thus affecting the project develop. The environmental risk is also an important factor in the project. In the construction period, the paper focused on analysis to project cost and management of risk. In the operation period, changing in the fuel price and market risk are the main factors of profitability in the power plant.For the risk in different stages, the paper puts forward corresponding preventive measures. Being on guard the risk through early prevention, we ensure that the project won’t be launched by policy changes or losing of resources. For the risk in the construction period, taking the methods of prevention, reduction, control, transfer and others to ensure no delay, the quality and safety risk no risk. Taking measures from materials market and power market to ensure the plant being profitable.
