Abstract


Power companies must ensure safe and reliable operation of the grid while improving the quality and efficiency of power transmission equipment , optimizing asset life- cycle costs, and ultimately reflects the overall balance , the overall optimal management orientation. Firstly, the paper describes the power company Langfang production cost management and relevant functional departments of the content , security, performance cost management principles and problems to be solved ; Secondly, according to asset life management philosophy, coordinating safety, efficacy and cost of three cycles relations , respectively, from the enterprise as a whole and the perspective of a single device caliber established safety performance cost model and index system , combined with the power company 's information systems Langfang , a clear way to achieve various indicators ; Finally , combining the actual situation of the company production work the safety performance cost model is applied in the operation and management of power transmission equipment and overhaul decisions on technical innovation . Model application shows : Building equipment safety performance cost cards, will help to improve cost management quantitative lean .
