Abstract


Device is materialized forms of science and technology is an important representative of the level of science and technology , power transmission equipment is the successful completion of the production grid enterprises to protect the power supply of the material and technical foundation. Power transmission equipment put into use its repair, maintenance grid enterprise device management is an important part . Power transmission equipment condition based maintenance power transmission equipment performance evaluation is the key to overhaul one of the state , but the state is currently devoted to transmission and distribution equipment maintenance performance evaluation literature is relatively rare , there are a number of evaluation methods , the guiding ideology is still the industry standard operating procedures , the lack of benefit from the overhaul , repair device status after the degree of improvement , maintenance scheduling, organization and implementation of other aspects of maintenance , overhaul comprehensive evaluation of the state power transmission equipment performance . So, to build power transmission equipment condition based maintenance performance evaluation system, improve power transmission equipment condition-based maintenance system, is to promote and improve the status of China's power grid enterprises to carry out maintenance of the necessary requirements. This paper summarizes the current state of the state power grid enterprises to carry out performance evaluation overhaul the status quo, from the validity of condition-based maintenance , repair correctness of the strategy , the overhaul plans to implement the reasonableness of the effect of condition-based maintenance , condition-based maintenance efficiency, organization and management of six aspects of condition-based maintenance to start to establish a power transmission equipment condition based maintenance performance evaluation system ; specific condition-based maintenance performance evaluation proposed assessment method, the state built power transmission equipment maintenance performance evaluation system of indicators , according to the qualitative and quantitative indicators of classification performance evaluation , obtain evaluation data ; based on entropy osculating value method and AHP build power transmission equipment condition based maintenance performance evaluation model . Finally, the empirical analysis , demonstration built using the proposed state maintenance performance evaluation system , not only from a statistical evaluation of multi-dimensional state during power transmission equipment maintenance performance , better come to the ideal performance of each dimension with a predetermined gap to to identify constraints to enhance the performance of the key factors condition-based maintenance , continuous improvement and enhance the performance of state maintenance grid enterprises . The results show that : This article is constructed performance evaluation system has some practical value and theoretical significance.
