Abstract


Project cost management and control , project management is important to any business unit core content . In the increasingly fierce market is highly competitive environment, project cost management and control of industrial enterprises not only to survival, development , and enterprise reform has become a construction project management , improve enterprise system innovation is the key . So for project cost control research , for improving the core competitiveness of enterprises , improve enterprise management system, has important theoretical and practical significance. In the construction of power lines , the implementation of systematic cost control , construction companies can effectively control costs, improve profit . However, compared with European countries , SBD power line construction company in the country the cost of management and control aspects of the outcome still in its infancy , in the theoretical framework of the project cost control and research practice, innovation and cost control systems and methods also slightly lacking. Therefore, in the construction of power grid construction project cost management and control of scientific rationalization , even more imminent. This paper is divided into five sections. The first part starting from the research background , this paper proposes to study the issues and significance of the study and then at home and abroad on the basis of the research results presented in this article writing ideas and research methods. The second part of the SBD company situation analysis, SBD grid construction cost management problems . The third part through the SBD project before the company in project cost control process after a detailed analysis of specific issues to address in our projects SBD practical problems provide a theoretical basis . The fourth part in grid construction industry widely used method of cost control based on the construction of electric power lines against SBD cost control problems , propose effective methods and measures for the SBD company to propose effective cost management methods and recommendations. Part V power lines through the SBD company both before and after the rectification of the actual project cost and profit scenarios were analyzed to verify against the Company project control problems for improving method is effective .
