Abstract


Higher investment in infrastructure projects are government projects, while the university is the central task of teaching and research , and how according to these characteristics , good management of university infrastructure projects is very important . The new era of global competition , the country's \With year college enrollment, colleges capital investment increased year by year , undoubtedly functional departments of university infrastructure poses a severe challenge. In recent years, the amount of climbing in the construction of the big situation , university colleges and universities in basic infrastructure construction sector as the governing body in absorbing modern project management theory , based on our current university basically adapt infrastructure and formed a relatively complete and mature management system. For the needs of the new situation , we need to continue to explore new project management model for the infrastructure sector to pave the way for future development . New infrastructure projects, mostly college massing synthesis, modeling and diverse , functional complex , high-tech new building , and then in construction techniques and project management made ??an unprecedented professional requirements. Higher infrastructure should advance with the times to create as soon as possible for their own infrastructure management. Articles in many universities in Dalian infrastructure sector research based on research university infrastructure based on the characteristics of the current applied university infrastructure project management model is analyzed.
