Abstract


Efficient third-party logistics activities to enhance their core competitiveness, reduce logistics costs, optimize internal and external resources plays an irreplaceable role. However, these third-party logistics role depends largely on the ability to give full play to the level and strength of the third-party logistics service providers. Enterprises in the choice of third-party logistics service providers, it is difficult to level and strength of the logistics service providers have a comprehensive and accurate understanding and grasp, resulting in expectations too high or negative view of the great obstacles to cooperation. China's home appliance industry has reached more than 2,000 large-scale enterprises, home appliance logistics has become China's modern logistics development in the emerging field of logistics professionals. Appliance industry the same difficult situation: the downstream face the pressure of the big chain, the upstream facing growing challenges of higher raw material costs, as a sleeping mat three profit source \link. However, the existing evaluation and selection method has certain limitations, third-party logistics service providers can not choose for the logistics needs of the appliance industry. Therefore, whether the construction of an effective model of choice of third-party logistics service providers the ability to select the appropriate third-party logistics service providers become the key to the success of the outsourcing of household electrical appliance enterprises, which is of great significance and problems to be solved. The first chapter analyzes the research background, research status and significance. The second chapter analyzes the the selected theoretical basis of the the appliance industry third-party logistics service providers, including the status of the appliance industry, home appliance logistics characteristics, household electrical appliance enterprises choose the advantages and disadvantages of the TPL, the basic theory of the third-party logistics and third party logistics service providers, third-party Game Analysis of Logistics Service Selection. The third chapter analyzes the third-party logistics appliance industry status and future development trends. Chapter established logistics mode selection model and fuzzy evaluation method based on the analysis of China's home appliance industry, logistics modes. The final chapter in the establishment for the evaluation index system of third-party logistics service providers on the basis of the home appliance industry, the establishment of a multi-objective programming model is selected based on the degree of importance of the home appliance industry, third-party logistics service providers, third-party logistics service provider for China's home appliance industry choice provides a theoretical basis.
