Abstract


Tianjin's urban master plan clearly building \Therefore, the study of Tianjin urban ecological construction problems and promote the coordinated development of economy and environment, build a good ecological environment livable city of Tianjin fundamental guarantee for sustainable economic development. Firstly, the coordinated development of the economy and the environment related theories are reviewed. Pointed out that the market-oriented modern economics, excessive pursuit of economic growth at the expense of resources, protection of the environment, leading to a walk on the road after pollution, a serious impediment to economic and social development. Environmental economics, ecological economics, recycling economics, sustainable development theory was founded to promote the coordination of economic and environmental sustainable development provides a theoretical basis. Secondly, the paper describes the construction of economic and environmental development indicators. Pointed out that the index system uses four-layer structure for index layer, system layer, subsystem layer and index layer. The text used in the frequency analysis, principal component analysis, correlation coefficient method and the use of indicators screening entropy method for each index system for empowerment. Again, this economic and environmental development in Tianjin analyze the situation. Through the recent years, Tianjin economic, environmental and social development situation described, noting Tianjin in the economy to achieve rapid economic development; the environment through energy conservation, development of circular economy and other measures, the ecological environment quality has better. However, there are still serious industrial sewage, over-exploitation of resources, and other issues. Finally, the use of building economic and environmental development index system for the coordinated development of economy and environment in Tianjin status of quantitative analysis, the Tianjin Economic and environmental comprehensive development level and the level of coordination on the rise, which is higher than the level of economic development level of environmental protection. Comprehensive development level of economy and the environment has been slightly below the level of coordination with the Tianjin city's comprehensive strength in recent years gradually increased, there is a rapid increase Composite Index, showing a convergence between the two forms. On this basis, we further propose the transformation of economic growth mode, promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, the establishment of recycling economy, foster and develop strategic emerging industries to promote economic and environmental development path and countermeasures.
