Abstract

Our vast land, rivers horizon, but the uneven spatial and temporal distribution of water resources and pollution is more serious, seriously restricting the development of national economy. Currently countries are vigorously carry out water conservation and restoration, but in the people in the control of domestic and industrial point source pollution pollution, the urban water environment quality still can not be effectively improved, which makes it the focus from the original point source pollution, gradually transferred to the non-point source pollution, while the urban stormwater runoff pollution is an important non-point source pollution source. In this paper, theoretical research and practical requirements of typical urban surface types, select glass, concrete and brick road three materials, the initial amount of pollutants in different simulated rain strong small and slope conditions of erosion runoff of pollutants law, the initial erosion effects and early rain criterion. The main results are as follows: (a) different ground types, the initial amount of pollutants, rain powerful small and slope conditions, simulated pollutants scour all have similar laws, namely simulated runoff pollutants in high concentrations, along with Cumulative rainfall increase, simulated pollutant concentrations decreased gradually until stability. Analog pollutants dissolved pollutants washed better, and the initial concentration of large concentration changes significantly, a larger amount of erosion; non-soluble contaminants washed less effective, the initial concentration is low and the concentration of small changes , less the total erosion. For the glass surface, solubility and non-soluble contaminants erosion coefficient k were 0.408 and 0.118; For concrete surfaces, solubility and non-soluble contaminants erosion coefficient k were 0.082 and 0.057; For brick road, dissolved and non-soluble contaminants erosion coefficient k 0.272 and 0.266, respectively. (2) different types of ground, the initial amount of pollutants, rain powerful small and slope conditions, simulated erosion pollutants have a strong first flush effect. Represents the initial flush with the cumulative effect of the coefficient kn increase runoff declining. For the glass surface, about 30% of runoff erosion respectively about 99% of the solubility of the pollutant emissions and about 44% of the non-soluble pollutant emissions; For the concrete surface, about 30% of runoff erosion respectively About 90% of the soluble pollutant emissions and about 60% of the non-soluble pollutant emissions; For brick road, about 30% of runoff erosion respectively about 90% and about solubility of pollutant emissions 70% of the non-soluble pollutant emissions. First Rain criterion should take 30% of initial runoff. (3) Based on the test results and the Chaohu City atmospheric dust monitoring results can be estimated annual rainfall runoff Chaohu washed away CODcr, SS, TN, TP, total ammonia nitrogen were 8.9361t, 18.8340t, 2.2209t, 0.0538t , 1.4376t, Chaohu City, the old town of atmospheric dust generated CODcr, SS, TN, TP, total ammonia nitrogen were 38.2777t, 78.0152t, 9.0032t, 0.2091t, 4.2422t, CODcr, SS, TN, TP, ammonia runoff erosion rates were 23.34%, 24.14%, 24.67%, 25.73%, 33.89%. Recommends the use of the old city near the periphery of the transformation of adult workers Ring River wetland or artificial reservoirs, stormwater pollution on the old city to govern. II
