Systematic exposition of the basic principles of the IMU / GPS -assisted aerial photography measurement methods and key technologies based on focusing on the IMU / GPS supported aerial photogrammetry two --IMU/GPS direct geographical positioning and IMU / GPS auxiliary the aerial triangulation principle described in detail , and then on the IMU / GPS -assisted aerial photogrammetry main sources of error were analyzed , two system error calibration method . Finally, the combination of dispatched difficult to carry out the test, analysis and validation of the method accuracy can be achieved indicators . The main contents are as follows: ( 1 ) sets out the basic principles and advantages of the IMU , GPS and IMU / GPS combination of inertial navigation and Photogrammetry coordinate system . ( 2 ) has been described on the IMU / GPS the principle directly geolocation and system integration error , the GPS eccentric component changes caused by changes in aircraft attitude and the quantitative analysis of the impact of this change on the positioning precision then verified by experiment . (3) discusses the IMU / the GPS auxiliary Aerophotogrammetry primary sources of error , system error calibration and correction method , focusing on the the calibration field layout methods, principles , such as the control point layout scheme and system error calibration method carried out a detailed analysis of . (4) IMU / GPS - assisted aerial triangulation principle and the mathematical model are described in detail , and through the large number of tests carried out in South Australia - Yangjiang and Yuhuan Zone verify the analysis and discussion of its accuracy can be achieved .
