Due to a variety of human factors in the mining, emissions, wastewater irrigation, and the use of heavy metals products, leading to heavy metal pollution in the environment is becoming increasingly serious, the situation is very grim. The primary producers of toxic heavy metals in the ecosystem - the algae and luminescent bacteria toxicity and its ecological toxicology studies will provide a theoretical basis for the development of preventive management measures have an important reference value of heavy metal emissions and governance. The article refers to the standard method to study the acute toxic effects of heavy metal chromium Chlorella. Inhibition rate of the two compounds on Chlorella obtained by experiment and use the Generalized Logitll function model to fit their concentration - the relationship of the toxic effects calculated the chlorella 96h of hexavalent chromium and trivalent chromium EC50 values ??were 27.54mg / L and 15.67mg / L. Meanwhile draw the low concentrations of both compounds have growth promoting effects on Chlorella, echo values ??are found to be extended over time increasing regularity. Using potassium dichromate and chromium chloride single toxicity and joint toxicity of luminescent bacteria. The results showed that the concentration and the relationship of the toxic effects of hexavalent and trivalent chromium can be used the the Generalized Logit Ⅱ function model and BoxCoxLogit function model to describe the use of these two models were calculated hexavalent and trivalent chromium luminous bacteria EC50 values ??of 7.907 mg / L and 12.162mg / L, obtained the other two compounds typical inhibitory effect of concentration. The joint toxicity test results showed that the mixture of different concentration ratio of the concentration of the toxic effect relationship can be used in two functions fitting slightly better fitting effect the Generalized Logit Ⅱ function in BoxCoxLogit function model. The toxic unit method and mixed toxicity index of joint toxicity evaluation results show that hexavalent chromium and trivalent chromium in 1:1 and 4:6 ratio showed some additive effect in 6:4 ratio under showed antagonism. Comprehensive analysis of the above experimental results obtained luminescent bacteria indicator than trivalent chromium hexavalent chromium sensitive and fitting effect of the toxic effects of hexavalent and trivalent chromium luminescent bacteria than chlorella good conclusion. On this basis, the article attempts to use alginic fluid sample to Photobacterium do toxicity experiments obtained consistent with the change in the concentration in the sample is measured by the inhibition rate changes and chemical methods, and confirmed this method is applied to the material and measuring the concentration feasibility.
