Biological diversity is the material basis of human survival and sustainable development, the the biodiversity status quo to become better protect biodiversity premise biodiversity survey work on major scientific issues of concern. AM fungal species diversity and widely distributed, with the vast majority of plants form a symbiotic system, have important physiological and ecological role. Biodiversity survey is more concentrated in the aerial part, and therefore to carry out the investigation of the underground AM fungi biodiversity rich biodiversity theory. Qinling Taibai Mountain as the main research object, from an altitude of 1050 m -3750 m, the vertical gradient of 18, 336 plant root samples were collected and 336 rhizosphere soil samples, systematic investigation of its underground AM fungi sex and their spatial distribution, while investigating the aboveground plant diversity and its colonization with AM fungi. The survey results show that: (1) in the rhizosphere and 336 soil samples were separated and identified to 5 genera and 45 species of AM fungi, Glomus (Glomus) 27 the the sessile bag spp (Acaulospora) , the giant cysts spp (Gigaspora) 4, Shield the giant cyst mildew species (Scutellospora) 6 species within raising sac spp (Entrophospora) 1. Ground Glomus (G.geosporum) separated the highest frequency, and spore density. (2) AM fungal spore density and species richness significantly affected by the altitude, AM fungal spore density and species richness decreased significantly with increasing altitude. Various AM fungi are spore density, relative abundance, studies have shown that separation of the frequency and importance value: the whole show Glomus> the sessile sac spp> giant cysts Conidiobolus> Shield giant cysts spp> within Yang capsule Conidiobolus. Despite the different altitudes on AM fungal diversity was significantly different, but each is a spore density separation frequency, relative abundance and importance values ??the differences substantially above order. (3) the results of analysis of 336 samples of plant roots, the AM fungi samples up to 260, and the infection rate of 77%. In altitude and different plants infection intensity (the the mycelium length of the infection rate, the number of roots arbuscular root of the number of vesicles) study found different altitudes, plant infection intensity varies greatly, but not regularly changes with altitude, the different plants AM fungi strength differences also. (4) Plant species diversity was a significant downward trend with increasing altitude. Correlation analysis showed: AM fungal species diversity, spore density and plant diversity was significantly correlated.
