Abstract

Eutrophication governance has become a worldwide problem, since the 20th century, workers in various countries since the 1960s has carried out extensive research. The results showed that: Ecological restoration is the best way to water environment, improve water body's own biological purification is a permanent solution to solve eutrophication. Although lake eutrophication process and mechanism have been identified to play a lot of role microbes, and for microorganisms in the C, N, P cycling in a lot of research with the mechanism, but these studies are mainly at room temperature carried out under low temperature conditions for psychrotrophs eutrophic role in few studies. In recent years, the North more serious eutrophication problems in these relatively low-temperature environment, the low temperature for the purification of microbial contaminants in the environment and maintaining the ecological balance of the environment plays an important role. Therefore research psychrotrophs physiological and biochemical characteristics and enzyme production characteristics, to determine Psychrotrophs nutrients and water relations, and its role in eutrophication, for the control of eutrophication provide a scientific basis, has important practical significance . In this paper, a low temperature environment Nanhu water samples be diluted coated plates for enrichment and for bacterial colony morphology, physiological and biochemical properties of determination. Experiments were cultured Psychrotrophs 35, including 14 bacteria, fungi 21. Cultivated strains on various physiological and biochemical characteristics and enzyme production characteristics were studied for trained Psychrotrophs preliminary identification. These bacteria belonging to the genus Lactobacillus, Staphylococcus, sugar bacteria genus Actinomyces. Fungi, molds and yeasts belong. Isolated strains can produce a variety of macromolecules hydrolases, including oxidase, catalase, amylase, gelatin enzymes, another train most of the nitrate reduction psychrotrophs have positive effects, there are some Psychrotrophs has a positive role in nitrite reduction, denitrification positive characteristics. For the study Psychrotrophs with nitrogen, phosphorus source, relying on relationships, the experimental determination of the different amounts of nitrogen, phosphorus on growth and reproduction of the situation psychrotrophs impact. The results showed that nitrogen phosphorus source content under the same conditions, showing different psychrotrophs different growth characteristics. At 4 ℃ temperature conditions trained endurance cell growth and reproduction of the source and content of phosphorus in the environment there is a positive linear correlation, while the remaining strains and growth conditions and nitrogen and phosphorus content did not show to follow the rules, but there Test conditions best suited or inhibit their growth and reproduction of the nitrogen and phosphorus content; fixed content in phosphorus source effects of different nitrogen levels on the growth and reproduction of bacteria resistant to cold conditions affect the process, the temperature influences the growth of bacteria in which a major factor; while In nitrogen fixation, different levels of phosphorus on growth and reproduction Psychrotrophs impact, influence of temperature on the role of bacteria growth was not obvious. Experimental results for further research Psychrotrophs nitrogen in an aqueous environment, the role of phosphorus cycle to provide the basis.
