Abstract
|
With the development of China 's iron and steel industry , the steel slag emissions increasing year by year . The slag heap disposable resulted in a waste of resources , environmental pollution and ecological damage to the landscape , the land is occupied , does not comply with the basic national policy of the circular economy and sustainable development . At present , China 's steel slag utilization is still far below the world average , and the national \In this paper, the performance of a the new slag dual liquid grouting materials , gel properties . The study showed that : new slag double solution grouting material has good working performance , adjustable gel time within a few seconds to tens of minutes , the stones compressive strength 28d value more than 20Mpa can completely replace the cement for grouting material application . By XRD, SEM and thermal analysis technical analysis grouting materials hydration products , microstructure , proven hydration mechanism and structure formation process . The new slag dual liquid grouting material is an energy-saving , environmental protection , pollution-free green grouting materials . In order to meet the needs of industrial production has also developed a new dry permanent magnetic separator for magnetic separation of steel slag powder . Of multiple magnetic separation roller series manufacture of a the the CG2 dry - permanent magnetic separator to be verified by experiment .
