Abstract

Biofilm wastewater treatment technology is one of the main technical means of wastewater treatment . The hanging film growth microorganisms whether the reactor is the key factor in biofilm wastewater treatment . The spatial distribution of the composition, morphology , and microorganisms of the biofilm decided to microorganisms in the reactor can be achieved effectively hanging membrane and maintain stable operation . Synthetic wastewater processing object investigated two biofilm reactor complex biofilm biofilm biofilm characteristics , biofilm structure and morphology changes , main contents are: (1) establishing a set of up-flow biofilm reactor (UFBR) experimental apparatus hanging elastic three-dimensional vector of the the hanging membrane process experimental research ; investigated different influent concentration , different hydraulic retention time and under different aeration conditions , the reactor the treatment effect as well as biofilm characteristics changes, analyzes the appropriate growing conditions of the biofilm . ( 2) the establishment of a sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) experimental device tested three different influent COD / N ratio condition reactor operating parameters , study the the biofilm culture process biofilm growth circumstances , including biofilm amount of biofilm characteristics , biofilm chemical composition, changes in the biofilm moisture parameters , analysis of each reactor biofilm growth law ; emphasis on nitrogen components in the reactor monitoring and analysis of different bacteria , nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria in the biofilm distribution . Sequencing batch biofilm reactor complex biofilm structure ( 3 ) with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) , the test results show that biofilm presents a porous structure, mainly composed of spherical , ellipsoidal , rod-shaped microbes and extracellular The polymer composition . (4) the use of Origin8 fitting software on the biofilm amount of the variation of the obtained the biofilm amount with the running time curve . When the influent COD / N = 10 in the reactor the obtained minimum biofilm biofilm amount , the unit weight of the biofilm activity , indicating that the mass transfer process is not restricted .
