Abstract

Shale oil is the oil shale thermal decomposition of organic matter within the generated , while oil shale pyrolysis process also produce large amounts of high concentration wastewater, which restricts oil shale pyrolysis industrialization promotion. Phenols are common in industrial waste water highly toxic , biodegradable organic pollutants , but it is also a basic organic chemical raw materials , with high economic value. Over the years , domestic and foreign researchers phenolic wastewater treatment and recycling a lot of work , but for the shale oil phenolic wastewater treatment , few studies . In this paper, solvent extraction technique , using a combination of experiment and simulation methods for shale oil phenolic wastewater treatment for a preliminary study . Shale oil phenolic wastewater on water quality analysis , instead of phenol wastewater shale oil wastewater, through equilibrium experiments comparing different extraction solvents phenol removal performance, choose an appropriate solvent simulation study . In this paper, Aspen Plus software , property method is NRTL equation to establish extraction model , detailed study of the extraction solvent phenol removal performance. Since the physical parameters of the analog is very important to the detailed experimental data to correct equilibrium NRTL model parameters to improve accuracy. Experimental comparison and select TAME (TAME) phenol as a solvent , the results show that phenol removal ability of TAME , the distribution coefficient of phenol between 40-60 , pH, when the extraction rate at 2-10 more than 95% in the pH of the system are applicable . This paper also examines the cross-flow , countercurrent extraction column extraction process and extraction processes , and the extraction column extraction process compared to , temperature, number of trays , tray efficiency factors such as sensitivity analysis . In comparison to 2, the temperature is 25 ℃, plate number is 4, tray efficiency is assumed to be 0.8 under the conditions of phenol wastewater feed to simulate the water tower outlet phenol concentration of 0.0886 mg / L, phenol removal efficiency up to 99.8% . TAME visible Dephenolization performance, can be used as extraction process wastewater containing phenol extraction agent .
