Abstract


Start from the definition and classification of its historical evolution of international environmental NGO on five favorable conditions for the promotion of international environmental non-governmental organizations to play a role in global environmental governance , analyzes the positive role of the international environmental NGO that its positive role in global environmental governance : public education of environmental awareness and action ; provide professional knowledge and information to influence international decision-making ; take direct action and indirect action for environmental protection and governance ; help and monitoring of national enterprises to fulfill their environmental responsibilities ; bridge of communication between multiple parties . In addition , the article also discusses some of the limitations of existing international environmental NGO : the issues of transparency , independence of the representation , the narrowness of their vision , the question of the authenticity of its technology , as well as the absence of offside issues . In addition, as a case to the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) to conduct the study . Finally, the international environmental NGO issues need to be addressed in the future development of the proposal.
