Abstract


At present, China MSW generation is growing, has seriously affected the living conditions of residents . Garbage Siege is more prevalent , it has also become one of China's urban sustainable development dilemma . Our country 's laws and regulations on garbage disposal is not perfect , has seriously hampered the work of garbage legalization and standardization . Meanwhile, Western countries have encountered problems of today's garbage siege . Western countries to solve this problem , we can learn from their experience. This paper first introduces the basic concepts of garbage and solid waste pollution in our current situation , followed by a discussion of solid waste management system and the legal system , a detailed analysis of some of these deficiencies and problems . Once again discussed the United States, Germany , Japan and other countries mature legal system , summed up their experience. The last part of the actual situation in our country , presents a comprehensive implementation of the \systems .
