Abstract


China is the world's earthquakes and earthquake-prone one of the countries most severely. Earthquake caused a large number of human casualties and huge economic losses. In the 21st century, China's earthquake disasters, social life of the people in the disaster areas caused severe damage and impact, but also caused serious environmental disasters, such as drinking water source pollution, urban environmental infrastructure damage, toxic and radioactive substances leaks, damage to ecosystems, etc., on the post-disaster safety of people's lives and property caused serious harm. In order to effectively prevent, control and elimination of environmental disasters caused by earthquakes, protect public health and safety, and maintain normal social order, of major environmental emergency earthquake disaster research imminent. In this thesis, combined with China's specific national conditions and related research status at home and abroad, major earthquake disaster in how to take effective environmental emergency measures, to establish and improve the environmental emergency response mechanism for a preliminary discussion. In the thesis writing process, access to a large literature and relevant research data, reference and summarized in Wenchuan and Yushu earthquake emergency measures taken by the various environmental, environmental emergency response to the earthquake in the various elements of research and focus from an environmental emergency monitoring , environmental infrastructure emergency measures and transitional resettlement areas in terms of environmental emergency three major earthquake disaster in the environmental emergency studied.
