Abstract

Papers in science and fracture mechanics blasting and many other subjects based on the theory , the use of ANSYS / LS-DYNA computer simulation software , combined with field test verification of Hebi Excavating Blasting taken during the outburst control technology research , too out the following useful research results: ( 1 ) according to the classical theory of blasting and fracture mechanics analyzes shock , stress wave and detonation gas into a quasi-static stress cracking process in the mechanism of action , come blasting crack initiation , bifurcation and crack arrest conditions . ( 2 ) the use of computer finite element simulation software ANSYS / LS-DYNA, to simulate the different loading dose , different blast hole spacing, blast hole with different hole spacing under control blasting stress wave propagation and crack propagation , and find out the optimal blasting parameters . While blasting parameters in the most reasonable conditions, to simulate the different sections , blasting crack propagation , and seam roof and floor damage. ( 3 ) According to the numerical simulation results, the control Blasting basic parameters are optimized , and its effect on the outburst Hebi 3101 North Cut heading face on-site visits, the results show that the implementation of the process of coal roadway blasting outburst control measures can effectively increase seam permeability coefficient , to help improve roadway drainage drilling field drainage efficiency, reduce excavation of face coal gas content, the stress concentration zone shift to coal , to extend relief with the length , to achieve the purpose of rapid excavation outburst . ( 4 ) through on-site verification , computer simulation and field test results are basically consistent , demonstrating the use of computer simulation can Blasting against Outburst on-site guidance.
