Abstract


This paper studied the application of the the MSPD method in the extraction of the chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine and food . The MSPD method as sample handling methods Chapter of the relevant literature , the the MSPD law principles, characteristics , affecting factors and its applications . MSPD method in the second chapter of the main component of burdock fruit extract affect extract the influencing factors were investigated to optimize the extraction conditions , and high-performance liquid chromatography - fluorescence detector detection , access a the burdock glycosides and arctigenin of content . Established extraction and ultrasonic extraction , Soxhlet extraction compared MSPD method with time short , less solvent consumption , high extraction efficiency . Chapter III using MSPD extraction - HPLC determination indirubin Daqingye , and analyzed under the optimized experimental conditions three different origin Folium samples . Chapter established method can quickly extract the target analyte , the extraction rate of the analyte is no significant difference in the extraction rate obtained by the Soxhlet extraction method , and ultrasonic extraction , and the extraction time can be shortened , reducing the amount of extraction solvent has The operation is simple, inexpensive equipment . Chapter established MSPD extraction - high performance liquid chromatography - fluorescence detector detection methods of fluoroquinolones in chicken and real samples were analyzed using this method . Experiment to obtain a good recovery and precision , and fluorescence characteristics of the use of fluoroquinolones lower detection limit and determination limit , this is meaningful to the detection of low concentrations of fluoroquinolones in food residues .
