Abstract


With the social and economic development and scientific and technological progress, color image and copy information visualization is becoming its main technical means of expression, and market demand, because of its color offset printing technology is mature , copy the image of high quality, low cost and become the most hard copy reproduction method used . Research and restore the true color offset printing solutions to ensure image characteristics to ensure consistent quality color image printing method has been to explore and pursue the goal of industrial , research and the establishment of a color image based on offset printing quality copy control method is the modern printing industry need to overcome and resolve the key issues for the printing industry technological progress and development of great significance . Based on the principles and the actual production of printed copy process analysis , summed up the printing quality control elements of the ink film thickness dot , dot area rate and extent of trapping , according to the process control concept was proposed based on the quality control process control methods , the establishment of the corresponding quality control system , after the actual production test to determine all aspects of the quality control system optimization and matching problems between each other , making the final print quality reached the desired requirements. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of relevant theories and abroad as well as print quality control development status , and research topics are introduced. The second chapter describes the level of color images , color , clarity, three quality attributes , and describes the various attributes of printed copy method, followed by an analysis of the replication principle and color offset printing quality evaluation methods . Chapter III based on the analysis of existing print production process , summed up the elements of the quality control field network layer thickness , trapping the extent and area ratio , results -oriented analysis of the existing quality control methods and the advantages and disadvantages of process -control quality control methods , according to the type of quality control process control method to establish quality control systems . Chapter IV according to the quality control system design and printing quality control testing program for plate making, printing processes are optimized on the basis of various processes to achieve matching and printing quality standards.
