Resin-based fiber composite material not only has specific strength and stiffness of the mechanical characteristics, and can be designed to have good fatigue performance and other unique engineering properties, has been widely used in aerospace, transportation, construction and other fields, to become extremely with prospects of a new generation of structural materials. In this paper, aerospace launch vehicle commonly used in advanced composite grid stiffened (AGS) structures, using analytical and numerical methods, respectively, the geometric integrity AGS cylindrical shell and conical shells under mechanical behavior under compressive loads to carry out a more in-depth research, and study the openings on the AGS cylindrical shell bearing capacity and reinforcement program. The study is the National Key Basic Research and Development Program 973 project \on the project (10702012) and the Scientific Research Foundation of Liaoning Province, Dr. Project (20071093) sub-topic research contents. In this thesis work is as follows: 1. Geometry AGS rotary casing complete analytical method for stability analysis of AGS rotary housing having a large number of similar grille unit cell with periodic symmetry of nature, could be considered to simplify the homogenization method. This paper gives a grill consider uniformly distributed along the generatrix direction and uneven distribution of AGS shell equivalent stiffness expression, and then, based on composite laminated plate theory derived in axial compression and lateral external pressure under full AGS rotary housing stability analysis method. Finally, a typical example will use the analytical method and the finite element method calculation results obtained were compared to verify the proposed models and methods for reliability and universality. 2 full AGS geometric structure optimization design of rotary casing AGS rotary housing stability due performance by the multi-variable control, the optimization analysis is a highly nonlinear problems; Meanwhile, AGS cylindrical shell with multi-constraint optimization analysis, design variables continuous and non-continuous mixing variable characteristics. In this paper, multi-island genetic algorithm, the continuous variables into non-continuous variables, the successful implementation in different capacity requirements under the revolving shell geometry complete AGS minimum weight design. By the axial and lateral pressure load, three kinds of configurations grille minimum weight optimization results comparison shows that such grids are composite grid stiffened cylindrical shell optimal configuration. 3 openings for AGS cylindrical shell carrying capacity and its reinforcement in engineering applications, often need a hole in the AGS cylindrical shell. However, due to the structure of the effective aperture is reduced bearing area, thereby reducing the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure. This article uses the finite element method, the AGS has a rectangular opening in the cylindrical shell buckling behavior research work carried out by the typical AGS shell structure analysis, discusses the size of the area reinforcement, reinforcement ply thickness and reinforcing regional direction monocoque structure the impact force by the results indicate that the use of specific reinforcement measures can effectively improve the AGS shell structure with openings carrying capacity.
