Abstract

Molecular imprinting technology (MIT) is the preparation of a specific target molecule, also known as the template molecule is specific, predetermined resistance, a technique selective polymer. Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) The preparation generally comprises three processes: 1, imprinted molecule and functional monomers in a suitable solvent by covalent or non-covalently bound to form host-guest complexes; 2, adding a crosslinking agent lead polymerization of highly cross-linked polymer; 3, the polymer was extracted out of the template molecule in the polymer is formed to identify the binding sites of the template molecules. Molecularly imprinted polymers in chromatographic separation, antibodies simulation, solid phase extraction, bio-sensors and analog enzyme catalysis and many other fields have broad application prospects. Occurred in domestic infant formula contaminated with melamine causes kidney stones in infants event that the detection of melamine become the focus of attention. At home and abroad detect melamine in food and feed residues, usually liquid chromatography, gas chromatography - mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry, capillary electrophoresis - mass spectrometry. Since milk and dairy feed sample matrix than more complex, difficult to chromatographic separation, which makes liquid chromatography detection capability is low; while the high cost of mass spectrometry instruments, resulting in detection methods can not be universal. So to find fast and accurate, low-cost analysis of melamine in food become a serious problem. This study trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TRIM) and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) of two different types of bulk polymerization of melamine crosslinking agent molecularly imprinted polymer. Comparison of their infrared spectra, thermal stability and adsorption properties. Different crosslinking of the polymer obtained are very different infrared; two molecular imprinted polymer is little difference in the thermal stability; TRIM as the crosslinking agent to the obtained adsorption capacity than the MIPs in the EDMA crosslinker prepared MIPs. Proved to TRIM as cross imprinted polymer obtained has a strong adsorption capacity. In this paper, precipitation polymerization synthesis of a series of different concentrations of melamine crosslinker molecularly imprinted polymers. Discussed the amount of crosslinking agent MIPs for fish morphology, thermal stability and adsorption properties and compared. The results show that the thermal stability of molecularly imprinted polymer with a crosslinking agent concentration relationship is very small. When the amount of the crosslinking agent when 9.48mmol, MIPs good morphology, showing the regular sphere, and to obtain a better effect of imprinting; when the amount of the crosslinking agent is increased or decreased, not so regular spherical concentration adsorption effect. Proved precipitation polymerization is a good preparation imprinted polymer.
