Abstract
With the development of science and technology , in many cases requiring motor can direct output of the low speed torque . For a general synchronous or asynchronous motor , increasing the number of pole pairs can be achieved to reduce the speed requirements of , however, the increase in the volume and weight of the motor , reducing the degree of utilization of the motor power index also deteriorated , therefore, this method is only applicable to certain speed range . DC motor , good speed characteristics and the power index , but tend to torque ripple at low speeds and speed fluctuation makes the use of DC motors , DC motor running bad environment , and inspection and maintenance factors often restricted. In order to get a low speed , high torque , commonly used mechanical gear reducer way , there are many problems and drawbacks . Therefore , the development of science and technology research and production of a variety of low-speed motor tasks . The reaction low speed synchronous motor is a new synchronous reluctance motors . This paper describes the reaction low speed synchronous motor structure , working principle and the air-gap magnetic wave guide , derive an expression of the electromagnetic torque . The low - speed motor voltage equation of the reaction formula , equation and the torque of the flux equations; motor parameters of torque characteristics by the analysis of the expression of the low - speed motor torque reaction formula . Finite element calculation of the low-speed synchronous motor reaction time step , the first use of ANSYS software to handle the motor , the node file and unit files ; then in the case of a given voltage and torque motor parameters after Circuit Calculation two files , as well as the parameters of the motor as the time-stepping finite element computation program input ; final field circuit coupled step finite element calculation of the motor dynamic characteristics calculation process . The use of step finite element method of reactive deceleration synchronous motors start the process of computing concussion as well as asynchronous motor running phenomenon . This depth theoretical analysis and discussion , revealing rotor the asynchronous speed operation , the the asynchronous torque generated by the air-gap the fundamental magnetic fields and the relative motion of the stator is the root cause of this phenomenon , and pushed to the asynchronous torque calculation formula . Finally , the improved startup performance measures .
