Abstract


Democracy within the Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to our party and it is the major theoretical and practical issues. Hu Jintao’s theory and practice of democracy within the party is under specific historical conditions, the practice of building democracy in the party continued on the basis of the creation and development, is the party over a long term building of the important guiding ideology of democracy, has important theoretical value of the value of the times.This paper is divided into the preamble, the text, the conclusion of three parts. The troduction briefly introduces the background and the building of inner-party democracy under the important value, for the current status of academic research, explains the method, the basic ideas and values of this paper.The text is divided into three chapters. The first chapter analyzes the source and background of Hu Jintao’s Theory and practice of democracy within the party : Classical Marxist Theory and practice of democracy within the party; Marxism in China’s Theory and practice of democracy within the party. The second chapter summarizes and describes definition of democracy within the party and the main building and institutional arrangements. And from the pursuit of value orientation, discusses the value of time. The third chapter in the building of democracy within the Party and system theory, from the environmental conditions, system implementation, comprehensive, coordinated, focuses on four aspects of models to expand its practice of building the path.Conclusion part points that Hu Jintao’s theory and practice of democracy within the party is the most advanced democracy. At the same time is the developing and practicing theory. We must uphold and continue the development and improvement Hu Jintao’s theory of democracy.
