Abstract


This article discusses the Republican Period of Nanjing Government ownership of land. Land ownership is the core of real property, but also the Republic of Nanjing government land reform is an important component. Nanjing government land tenure systems during the design, on the one hand to Sun Yat-sen \In the West \\From the 1930 \Looking at this period, but land ownership system running on the actual state of society, people should not be too optimistic. In practice, instead of showing a state law civil customary law exclusion phenomenon, legal modernization of the road has really struggling. Content of this article is divided into five parts. The first section provides a brief analysis of the Republican government in Nanjing during the legislative background of land ownership. The second part describes the period of the Republic of Nanjing government land and land legislation system thinking. The third part is the full text of the focus, the main argument of the Republic of China during the Nanking government land ownership system. The fourth part is full of difficulties, focused on the period of the Republic of Nanjing government land ownership system, the actual state of social operation. The last chapter is the conclusion.
